Get ready for another increase in your paycheck! The last cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) that we won together in our current contract takes effect on November 1, 2025. All classified staff will see a 3% raise.
This is a big win and a direct result of our collective action and solidarity. Let's take a moment to look at what we've accomplished together with this contract, which has resulted in a cumulative compounded raise of nearly 16%!
A Look Back at Our Historic Wins
This 3% raise is the capstone on a series of significant gains. Since our contract was ratified, our unity has secured:
- A $1,500 one-time payment (April 2024)
- A 6.5% COLA (April 1, 2024)
- A 2% COLA (November 1, 2024)
- A 3.5% COLA (June 1, 2025)
