This 3% raise is the capstone on a series of significant gains. Since our contract was ratified, our unity has secured:

• A $1,500 one-time payment (April 2024)
• A 6.5% COLA (April 1, 2024)
• A 2% COLA (November 1, 2024)
• A 3.5% COLA (June 1, 2025)
