This observation was originally scheduled for 10:00 AM. Around 9:00 AM, management changed the start time, so members are invited to observe bargaining on Zoom at 1:15 PM on Thursday, February 12, 2026. To protect bargaining privilege, anyone joining after 1:20 PM will be removed from the session.
