If you’re attending a bargaining-related Zoom session, please consider turning on your background ahead of time. Workers are required to remain muted during bargaining sessions; staying on mute helps preserve our bargaining privilege throughout negotiations. If you’re not able to use video, that’s okay—participation and support matter in many ways. The goal is to make sure members feel included and our shared message is clear.
